In plain words
Seedance V1.5 Pro makes a short clip from a description, from a photo, or from a first and a last picture. In the last case it works out what happens in between, like a room changing from before to after.
The clip comes with sound. Describe what you want to hear and it will try to add it.
How to get the most out of it
- Say what moves and what you hear. “Boats bob and gulls call” gives it more to work with than “a harbour”.
- For two pictures, keep them alike. Same place, same angle, only the change you want. Big jumps are harder to join.
- Say what the camera does. “Slow pan”, “still camera”, “close-up”.
- Start at 5 or 6 seconds, then go longer once you like the result.
How it compares with its siblings
It is the middle step of the Seedance family. Seedance V1.0 Pro Fast is the older, lighter one and makes silent clips. Seedance 2.0 is newer, goes up to 15 seconds and up to 4K. Seedance 2.0 Fast is its quicker sibling, and Seedance 2.5 is newer still, with clips up to 30 seconds.
When to pick another model
For a longer clip, choose Seedance 2.5 or Wan V3.0. For a 4K clip with sound, look at Veo 3.1. To edit a clip you already have, try Grok Imagine Video.
