In plain words
Muse Spark 1.2 is a chat assistant from Meta. It’s the middle of the three Muse Spark versions in chatmodel: newer than 1.1, older than 1.3.
It thinks before it answers, which helps with sums and plans, and it reads PDFs and understands photos. It doesn’t search the web.
How to get the most out of it
- Show, don’t describe. A photo of the fridge or the page of a manual saves typing.
- Give exact numbers for budgets, and ask it to show each step.
- Say who’s in the house. Ages, diets and schedules make plans that actually work.
- Ask for a printable list when you want to stick it on the fridge. Short lines and checkboxes are easy to tick off during the week.
How it compares with its siblings
Muse Spark 1.1 is the version before it, and Muse Spark 1.3 the one after. Llama 4 Scout, also from Meta, is quicker for very short jobs but doesn’t read PDFs. For pictures, Meta has Muse Image 1.0.
