How to cancel or pause your subscription
You can cancel or pause your chatmodel subscription at any time from Settings. Once you do, it won't renew again. If you'd rather not do it yourself, our team can help.
Cancel or pause from Settings
- Sign in to chatmodel on the web.
- Open Settings and go to Subscription.
- Choose Cancel or pause your subscription and follow the steps.
That’s it. Your subscription won’t renew again. From the same place you can also see your billing history and invoices.
Not sure whether you want to stop for good? Pausing is an option too, from the same place.
Subscribed on your phone?
If you signed up through the mobile app, your subscription is managed through your phone. Open the Chatmodel app and go to Settings → Subscription to change or cancel your plan.

Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If you have a question about a charge, write to us through Contact.
What about Top-ups?
A Top-up is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It doesn’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.
